All of our items are made to order, we are not able to accept returns as they are made for you.
If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving the item at email@example.com to arrange an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
